4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

We strive to deliver high-quality personalized support. You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase provided we have not begun substantive work on your account. To request a refund, please contact us with your purchase details. If work has commenced, no refund will be issued, but you may transfer the remaining service to another individual or future period at no additional fee. If a transfer is not feasible, we will provide a prorated credit toward other SmartTaxAll services.

4.2 Info Product

All sales of informational products are final once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded. This policy is necessary due to the nature of electronic delivery. If you experience technical issues accessing your Info Product, please contact us within five days of purchase for troubleshooting assistance or a replacement download link.

4.3 Goods

You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, email us at contact us with your order number and a brief description. Returns must be shipped at your expense to our address below. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within ten business days. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, SmartTaxAll will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at your option.
